Payment Terms
Once Scandbags approves the customer's credit information, the payment method will be an invoice with a 14-day payment period. The invoice will be sent to the customer's email for easy access.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free of charge to one delivery address in Estonia, if final invoice amount is more than 200 EUR. However, if the customer needs the goods to be delivered to more than one address, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Terms
The ordered goods will be delivered as a business package to the given delivery address. Scandbags ensures that the goods are delivered in good condition. If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, Scandbags will take full responsibility and either replace or refund the customer for the damaged or lost goods.
Other Expenses
Scandbags does not charge additional fees such as invoicing costs and processing costs. However, if the customer requests a special delivery method, additional fees may be charged.
Customer's Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the sent digital draft contains the correct information, including the logo color, size, and layout. If the customer notices any errors or discrepancies after the order has been placed, they should inform Scandbags immediately to avoid any additional charges.
Complaints
In the event that the delivery contains damaged or defective products, the customer should contact Scandbags customer service immediately. The customer should not return any products before discussing the complaint with customer service. Scandbags will do its best to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Right of Return
Currently, Scandbags does not offer the right of return for ordered products. However, if production has not yet started, Scandbags will try to fulfill the customer's request to cancel the deal as far as possible. If any costs have already been incurred for the order, the customer will be charged accordingly.
Price Information
All prices are quoted without value-added tax.
Withholding of Title
The goods sold to the customer remain the property of Scandbags until full invoice payment has been made. Once the payment has been received, the customer takes full ownership of the goods.
